Rates are based on single and double occupancy. Additional persons can be accommodated in most units at an additional $10 per person per night. All rates are subject to a 13% FL tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.
One parking spot is permitted for each room.
A deposit is required to secure all reservations. Payment is due in full upon arrival.
We request a 30 days’ notice prior to arrival date for any cancellations or changes to reservations to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged two nights stay plus tax. No show reservations will be charged the full amount of the reservation. No refunds on early departures.
We feature waterfront units, tropical garden view units and standard units.
